This is a hands-on environmental sustainability management role embedded across two operational hubs.

What You’ll Do:
Environmental Strategy Execution
- Lead environmental sustainability initiatives across sites and operations
- Drive emissions reduction and resource efficiency programmes
- Support execution of corporate sustainability targets
ESG Reporting & Compliance
- Support environmental disclosures aligned with:
- GRI
- CSRD
- SEC climate requirements
- Ensure accuracy of environmental data across locations
- Support audit-ready reporting processes
Operational Sustainability Integration
- Work directly with site and operations teams
- Embed sustainability into manufacturing and business processes
- Translate ESG goals into operational action plans
Data & Performance Management
- Track environmental KPIs across regions
- Improve sustainability data systems and consistency
- Generate insights for leadership decision-making
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in environmental sustainability or ESG roles
- Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments
- Strong ESG reporting and data skills
- Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders
- Comfortable with operational execution, not just strategy
